Value Added Service, or V.A.S., is a program for underground utility contractors, water and sewer utilities and municipalities. V.A.S. can automate your inventory system while freeing up space in your shop or yard and at the same time free up cash reserves.
As a V.A.S. partner EJP will save you shelf space by hanging onto material that you're not using immediately. We then guarantee that those products will be available when you need them.

- Provides full credit for previously purchased EJP inventory returned in good condition.
- Establishes mutually agreed upon inventory levels and reorder points.
- Provides "on-shelf" emergency inventory within a specified time.
- Specifies a delivery schedule - materials are delivered when you need them.
- We will string pipe for your jobs or projects.
- We will provide inventory year-end data to assist you with your PUC reporting.
- We will provide, free of charge, one 10-hour OSHA construction course a year.
- Guarantees 24-hour emergency service - 365 days a year.
Along with these guidelines EJP will also provide computer software training to utility staff members, once a year 10-hour OSHA Construction training and 1 week of leak auditing equipment usage.
