In the beginning, PEP Transportation was founded by Peter Prescott with a single tractor trailer in 1980. Dedicated to provide water, sewer and drain product transportation throughout New England. As a sister company PEP saw a lot of demand based on their business with EJP. This lead to fast growth in PEP, requiring additional units to be brought online to keep up with demand.
At that time, PEP became a contract carrier within the 48 contiguous states, adding new trailer units and keeping its fleet in the best updated equipment. They've received licensing authority in Quebec and Ontario provinces in Canada, allowing international shipping options for our clients. Combined with daily coast to coast operations, PEP Transportation is now serving over 700 customers after 30 years of quality trucking services. In addition to waterworks products, it also transports construction equipment, food products and everything in between. It has grown significantly by developing a strong relationship with valuable repeat customers, providing specialty loads and putting daily dedication into having a solid reputation in the trucking and transportation industries.
