What We Can Do For You
At the QWP facility, we fabricate Class 53 Ductile Iron flanged pipe to your exact requirements. Pipe sizes from 3″ through 60″ are available in lengths up to 20 feet and in many configurations.
Pipe Fabrication - Our machine shop and its procedures are third-party inspected and certified by NSF to ensure that our flanged pipe and grooved pipe conform to AWWA C115, AWWA C606, and NSF 61 standards.
Flanged, Grooved, & MJ Fittings - Team QWP offers standard and custom flanged, grooved, & mechanical joint fittings for the water and wastewater industry.
Hinged Manhole Castings - Team QWP is the exclusive distributor for Pont-à-Mousson ductile iron hinged manhole frames and covers. Our hinged manhole products are designed for user ergonomics and to withstand the rigorous demands of daily traffic.

QWP is a proud member of the National Association of Pipe Fabricators. Members of this organization are held to the highest of standards when producing fabricated ductile iron pipe for the plant and pump industry. Our experienced staff of machinists and welders are capable of fabricating exactly what you need for any plant job. We can fabricate flanged and grooved pipe from 3″ through 60″ in diameter and up to 20 feet in length.
Our Machine shop and its procedures are third-party inspected and certified by NSF to ensure that our flanged pipe and grooved pipe conform to AWWA C115 AND AWWA C606 respectively, as well as NSF 61 standards. In addition to flanging, grooving, welding or drilling and tapping our staff can custom fabricate specialty products needed for projects requiring something unique. Restrained joint ends, welded on bosses and beveled filler flanges are just a few things we can provide. Call us for any specialty needs you may have.

3D Laser Scanning
With 3D laser scanning technology, Team QWP can provide precise data (to 1mm) quickly - even in locations where access is difficult or unsafe. With laser scanning, the smallest details can be captured in highly congested areas.
Team QWP provides file types that work with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and AutoCAD recap. The data can then be customized for the needs of the user or project! Team QWP works closely with clients to develop project phasing and sequencing, custom equipment tagging, pipe scheduling, and sorting phasing. We can assign properties of pipes, including pipe material specifications and conduct volume calculations and deformation analysis.

Hinged Manhole Castings
Pipe Fabrication and Specialty Products for the Water and Wastewater Industry
Our priority when working on wastewater systems is safety! Team QWP provides hinged manhole castings to help create a safe and efficient environment. Through regular inspections and routine maintenance crews are required to handle manhole castings frequently. These heavy pieces of ductile iron are very daunting to move and provide a workplace hazard. Our hinged manholes have advance ergonomics that reduces the effort and duration of lifting and therefore reducing the risk of injury.
